I believe the matrix codes indicate it was made in Los Angeles.
Plain white sleeve instead of wavy red/white sleeve.
The title on the jacket “Being For The Benefit Of Mr. Kite!” is missing the “!” on the record label.
A word in the title on the jacket “Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)” is typed “- REPRISE -” on the label. On other generations of this record , it is typed “reprise”.
“Good Morning Good Morning” on the record label is different from the jacket: Good Morning, Good Morning”.
“With A Little Help From My Friends” on the record label is also different from the jacket: “A Little Help From My Friends.” The latter title is a typo.
