Pre-Tested The record has numerous scratches and stuffs that have effect on the quality of the sound. The vinyl has random pops and ticks over varying degrees of light-to-medium surface noise. The music is rich, tonally lush, clear, very dynamic and strong. Medium level ticks can be heard throughout, but dynamics of the sound of the music over powers background in most tracks. No skips, no distortion. Side 1, track 1 and Side 2 tracks 1 thru 2 and 5 have audible crackle. VG
The cover surface is in VG+ condition with surface wear. Some edge wear. I rate as VG+

All records are viewed under halogen light after cleaning on a VPI wet vac cleaning machine using Audio Intelligence cleaning solution and Ultra-pure water raise. All Items have been carefully played on a Clearaudio Performance turntable
We treat grading very seriously and use the Record Collector grading scale with the addition of a (+) or (– ) to denote a slight increase or decrease in condition.

Grading Guide:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklets etc are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
NEAR MINT: Very close to Mint with only the slightest signs of play and the very lightest paper chaffing only to the surfaces of the record. The cover shows only the very slightest wear
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. A few ticks may be heard during quiet parts and between tracks. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

I separate the vinyl record / Sleeve from the jacket to prevent seam splitting and wrap the record in bubble wrap. I use cardboard to reinforce my packaging so it can not bent.
