[Disk Grading]

• M: Mint (like new, used only a few times) or unused
• EX: Excellent (generally clean but with signs of use)
• VG: Very Good (normal used condition, with visible scratches or dirt)
• G: Good (noticeable scratches or scuffs)
• P: Poor (major scratches or stains that cannot be cleaned)

[Jacket Grading]

• M: Mint (like new, used only a few times) or unused
• EX: Excellent (generally clean but with signs of use)
• VG: Very Good (stains, scuffs, or minor tears)
• G: Good (tears, split seams, or minor water damage)
• P: Poor (noticeable damage such as missing parts or significant tears)

[Disk and Jacket Defects]

• C: Cut-out disc
• H: Staple marks
• K: Writing
• P: Punch hole
• S: Sticker
• T: Tape
