Cover: VG+. Cover is very clean with no spine or seam damage and no ring wear. There is a light crease on the upper right corner of the cover and a small bit of price sticker residue on the middle of the back cover. There is a slight bow to the cover.
Vinyl: VG+. Stampers are 1/S 3/S, pressed at the Indianapolis plant. Labels are totally clean and show no wear, no spindle marks and no writing. Vinyl is bright and shiny and well cared for. The vinyl is flat, not warped.
Side 1 plays clean - no skips, no sticks, no recurring ticks, no pops, no inner groove or peak distortion. There is a very light crackle during the quietest parts, but I really had to listen for it.
Side 2 has a recurring "fttsh" that comes and goes for the first few minutes of the side. The music here is very quiet so it is more apparent. There is some very light "foxing" on the vinyl that must be causing this noise because there is no scratch or mark. There is one light hairline later on the side, but it does not cause any noise. There are no skips, no sticks, no inner groover distortion or peak distortion.
Overall, an impressive copy of this original pressing from 1958!
Records are visually graded under bright light using Goldmine standards.
I grade conservatively and will mention any flaws to the cover or vinyl.
All used records have been cleaned using a VPI record cleaning vacuum and are ready for your turntable.
