LT JIM EUROPE'S 369TH INF HELL FIGHTERS BAND Dixie WWI Pathe 22146 jazz 78 rpm Shipping Info Description Vintage 10" 78 rpm pre-war jazz record: LIEUT. JIM EUROPE'S 369TH US INFANTRY (HELL FIGHTERS) BAND - DIXIE IS DIXIE ONCE MORE b/w THAT'S GOT 'EM! - Pathe Freres 22146, black and gold label with red rooster; released around the end of WWI, circa 1918. "Dixie" has Vocal Refrain by Lieutenant Sissle (Noble Sissle! American jazz composer, lyricist, bandleader, singer and playwright) and lyrics related to the end of the war. CONDITION: VG (it has some minimal scuffing and a few very light, soft scratches - I can feel a couple of them with a thumbnail but they are not bad - it plays VG+ with only some minor short areas of light background or ticking, mostly on the B-side; B-side label has some wear at spindle hole).
