M Mint - I only use this code if the item is mint and unplayed 

M- Mint- Played a few times, but as new bar the odd finger mark.

VG+ Very Good+ Superficial mark that doesn't affect play. Well cared for record. Will satisfy all but the most demanding collector.

VG Very Good - a used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and no or tiny bit of surface noise.

VG- Very Good Minus - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise.

G+ Good Plus. In the record world, 'Good' is playable and the record has had a good life, the odd pop and click to be expected.
