MINT : New, perfect, still sealed or unplayed record

NM : Like new, close to MINT

EX : Close to NM, like new with very minor shelf wear

VG+:  Has some surface and slight marks , maybe some light noise,usually plays great

VG : Record has visible marks and noise.

G : The imperfections of VG are more pronounced

P : Record usually in bad condition.
