Description

This is a VG+ very shiny and very rare German VERTIGO 1st Pressing of Lucifer's Friend's 1974 classic "Banquet", with the tracks "Spanish Galleon" and "Thus Spoke Oberon" on Side One and "High Flying Lady-Goodbye", "Sorrow", and "Dirty Old Town" on Side Two. This original copy does not have the track "Our World Is A Rock and Roll Band" as it did on later Passport Records version, and this is better for it. Great prog rock plus album and, wow. The vinyl here is so clean and shiny, but there is one very light mark across Side Two that does not cause skips or popping. This is really nice vinyl here. The fully laminated cover is made from typical Euro cardstock and though it is flimsy as they all were at the time, it has only a couple of very short wrinkles, NO bending, a very small amount of edge wear, NO splitting, and a super legible spine. Awesome copy with minor issues, its incredible how great the condition is after almost 50 years.  Get this while we have the one!
