This is a truly exceptional record. Beautiful beautiful music by this female jazz vocalist. This record comes from my personal collection. I have graded the sleeve as excellent. The sleeve has the original shrink wrap which has protected it throughout the years. There are some stickers in the upper right corner of the shrinkwrap. There are no seams splits. This record comes from a smoke free pet free environment. This record was recorded in July 1957. I have taken plenty of photographs of the record and sleeve in indoor light and out of doors light. The record has been listen-tested as “Very Good Plus” on my turntable stereo system. There are no skips on this record.There is very little surface noise compared to other lesser records from the late 1950s that I have heard. Most notably there is an absence of any continuing crackle throughout the record as may be heard in other lesser quality records. There are some occasional “ticks” that may be heard but it does not distract to my listening ears. The disc contains a tiny “bubble” that is common of records of this vintage that may be seen on the surface of side A at the beginning of the third song and on side B at the beginning of the second song. The bubble is visually apparent in my photos at the 11 o’clock position on both sides but it does not affect the playback anymore than a simple midrange pulse that may be heard for 4 revolutions of the disc turning on both sides. In the context of other occasional surface noises on the album this does not stand out.

Please take notice of the labels that show the songs on both sides of the dIsc in red and black. The photos show the label with no spindle marks, in nearly pristine condition on both sides. Just amazing!

I have seen two copies of this album sell on eBay for more than $125 in searching completed auctions over the last months. I would say that my record is superior in quality over the others that I have seen sold. But that is just my opinion. Please check completed auctions for this record and see for yourself.
