The jacket is in good condition, but for very slight dings on the corners. There is a very slight split about 1" in the center on the bottom, not opened at all.
The records is bright and shiny, no problems at all. LOOKS LIKE NEW. Labels are perfect.
The record plays like new, no surface noise at all.
I will refund purchase price less shipping if buyer is unhappy for any reason.
