Luke Gibson-“Virginia” b/w “Frozen In Time”, True North, TN4-108, Early 70s.
Rare Canadian-only non-charting/non-LP psych 7”. “Frozen In Time” is very affecting psychedelic folk number (w/ sparse effected electric guitar accompaniment), an underground jewel from Canada. Fans of Sky Sulamyth, Brent Titcomb’s CBC EP, Bat (on Van Records), and Skip Spence take note. Ultimate recommendation.
