Lynyrd Skynyrd – Street Survivors (MCA Records – MCA-3029)

Pressing features: 1st Original 1977 US ressing of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Street Survivors featuring the rare, withdrawn “flame cover” showing the band surrounded by fire—pulled from circulation shortly after release due to the tragic plane crash, making this a highly collectible piece of rock history. This edition includes the brown MCA “Universal City” label, stereo gatefold, and no barcode.

Vinyl Record grade: Strong VG++ (essentially Near Mint), excellent condition, vinyl is glossy with a fine, healthy sheen. No marks or scratches.

Cover/Jacket grade: VG+, jacket has visible scratches on the right side of the cover (see photo), but the seams are intact, the spine is strong, and there's only very minimal shelf wear—overall, solid but clearly not mint jacket.

VG+

A few visible scratches. These may include light scratches, or other superficial marks. Scratches are difficult to see.

VG

Greater numbers and severty of scratches. Pronounced play wear. Visabily used. 

G+

Pervasive imperfections of varying degrees including both light scratches and scratches deep enough to be felt. Severe scrathes.

Appears unplayed and will bear no marks, sleeve scuffs, or scratches. This is grade seldom used. Must be in original plastic shrink wrap.

VG++

Sleeve may have a small sticker or bit of writing but looks great.  Minimal ring wear. May have one or two visible imperfections (i.e. sleeve scuffs or slightly worn edges)

VG+

A few visible imperfections. These may include sleeve scuffs, light scratches, or other superficial marks.

VG

 Acceptable cover but may have drill hole or cut corner. May have a minor split side (1-3 inches), large sticker, or prominent ring wear. Corners are more rough. 

G+

Pervasive imperfections. Obvious wear and tear.  Minor to major flaws including sticker rash, major doodles or other distracting writing, major ring wear, soft spine, or major, total split seem.
