PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
INCREDIBLY RARE blue sky/rainbow label pressing from 1980 on MCA with original company inner sleeve and FOR SALE ONLY IN U.S. GOVERNMENT PX's AND IN U.S. NAVY SHIPS AND STORES AFLOAT LARGO stamped in the bottom right hand corner on the rear cover in gold embossed lettering!!! LP side 2 is VG- with a scuff on Poison Whiskey that can be felt and side 1 is a nice VG with a few light scuffs. Cover is just barely VG with a name on this inside that is only visible when removing the LP and a tiny half inch piece of thin transparent tape at the bottom middle. I have had well over 100 copies of this LP pass through my hands in my 45+ years of collecting and selling and I have NEVER seen this U.S. military pressing before. I had to look it up on Discogs to check and see if it was legit and it most certainly is. Kudos to the US government for providing its service members with the best music back in the day. Don't sleep Skynyrd collectors. If you've never seen it before you won't see it again.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
