Description
This is a still sealed copy of the recalled Lynyrd Skynyrd Street Survivors "Flames" album. There is a minor corner dent on the upper left as seen in the pictures. The pictures are very detailed and IMO makes it appear worse then it really is. The shrink wrap is tight and intact. Ive owned this and kept it sealed in a poly outer sleeve for many years.
These are very rare in still sealed condition This is the original 1977 first pressing. Not only is the cover different, but it contains one or both unique inserts: A "Tour Of The Survivors" sheet showing scheduled tour dates, and a "Survival Kit" merchandise order form.
I am only selling this because of medical expenses.
This album (with this cover) was recalled 3 days after the albums release by MCA in response to the bands fatal plane crash. It was reissued shortly afterwards showing the band with a black background on the cover. The only copies that exist with this cover were the ones already sold as the stores were ordered to send the remaining copies back.
