Description

#MCA-3029 by MCA Records, Inc. - ORIGINAL Banned Fire/Flame Album Cover with LP Sleeve, Orange Post-Crash Tour Schedule Insert, AND a "Survival Kit" Merchandise Order Insert!
Current Ebay Listings only have one or none of the inserts--you will have BOTH inserts that came with the original pressing. (see pic)
The original cover sleeve for Street Survivors had featured a photograph of the band, particularly Steve Gaines, engulfed in flames. After the plane crash killed several band members, this cover became highly controversial. Out of respect for the deceased (and at the request of Teresa Gaines, Steve's widow), MCA Records withdrew the original cover and replaced it with a similar image of the band against a simple black background, which was on the back cover of the original sleeve.
SIDE ONE (MCA1366):
1. "What's Your Name" by G. Rossington & R. VanZant (3:30) 2. "That Smell" by A. Collins & R. VanZant (5:48) 3. "One More Time" by G. Rossington & R. VanZant (5:03) 4. "I Know a Little" by S. Gaines (3:26)
(3) Produced by Jimmy Johnson and Tim Smith.
SIDE TWO (MCA1367):
1. "You Got That Right" by S. Gaines & R. VanZant (3:44) 2. "I Never Dreamed" by S. Gaines & R. VanZant (5:21) 3. "Honky Tonk Night Time Man" by M. Haggard (3:59) 4. "Ain't No Good Life" by S. Gaines (4:36)
Condition Note: VG+++  (LIKE NEW Record; minor shelf wear to cover; very light creasing on lower left cover and insert). See Pics.
