By bidding on this item you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below and are entering into a legally binding contract with me, rhin1949, the seller.

Payment is due 2 Days (48 Hours) from auctions end (unless you make other arrangements with me PRIOR to placing your bid) via PayPal only. If payment is not received a non paying bidder claim is opened automatically by Ebay on the fourth day and you will not be able to participate in my future auctions. If you plan on bidding on multiple items that have an ending time 3 days or more between them make sure you email me so I can add your Ebay ID to the exclusion list.

I will cancel bids by bidders with negative feedback,  a history of non payment Or are outside the Upper 48 United States  Hawaii or Puerto Rico

If you are having trouble with anything (making payment on time, shipping issues, etc) PLEASE email me. Communication is the key to a successful transaction on Ebay for both of us.

Yes, I combine shipping if you buy multiple items. The items have to be conducive to combined shipping. For example, up to four (maybe five) loose Star Wars figures can be combined in one small package. However, 2 large Vehicles cannot really be packed together in one box easily or safely. Books and Dvd's are automatically sent media mail with tracking.

If you are going to bid on multiple items PLEASE request a shipping quote before you bid!. My shipping estimate is based on just the one item up for bid!.

I use Styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, strapping tape and clear tape and recycled packing materials. Including  newspaper. Individually Items will be in clear bags for protection.  Small items will be in bubble wrap in Mylar bubble mailers.

I pack your items to ensure their safe arrival. I may even have to purchase or make boxes if you have large or unusually shaped items you high bid on. I don't intentionally charge any of my high bidders for my time or the materials. I prefer to use USPS FLAT RATE boxes (they are free and keep costs down). I don't pre-pack items before an auction ends and calculate shipping by your zip code or country for shipping costs because folks might high bid on, or buy, multiple items, therefore when I list items on Ebay I quote a FLAT rate. My FLAT RATE shipping prices are CLEARLY stated for every auction I have. This FLAT RATE is the SAME for everybody no matter where they live. If you feel shipping is excessive (it happens from time to time with flat rates) and I don't catch it first by issuing a shipping refund via PayPal, please send me a polite email and I'll take care of it.

I'm moving soon, and getting on in years, and so I am selling my collection of 20+ years at very low starting bids. It's time to let other folks enjoy them. Therefore, all items are sold "AS IS" without warranty or guarantee, expressed, written, implied, assumed, or imagined. Also, there are NO RETURNS unless I make a mistake with the description of an item, or if your item is SPECIFICALLY LISTED as working or GUARANTEED NOT DOA, and it isn't.

I only ship to your registered PayPal address which PayPal provides me when you complete checkout. Please make sure its current and please don't ask me to redirect shipment. I can't and stay covered by PayPal.

I always email you updates on your order.

All of my Domestic shipments are sent USPS Priority, or Parcel Select. Insurance (if the value of your item(s) is over $50) and a tracking number will be included in my domestic shipping price which will be emailed to you and posted on Ebay after I ship.

A Tracking Number  will be posted on Ebay when I ship not a day or two before like some shippers who then wait to ship.

Anything with a combined value of over $50.00, or a combined weight of 4Lbs, will  be insured at my cost.

I do not charge you for the box, envelopes, tape, packing or gas to go to the post office like some sellers

You ONLY pay for the postage.

I do ship domestic First Class on small items A tracking number, is not provided automatically with this service anymore.  So, if I have to purchase a tracking number for .90 cents  this is no longer a cost viable solution for small items. Besides, a USPS priority small flat rate box is only $5.80 and it will get to you quicker with less chance of loss.
