Helen Reddy (born 25 October 1941) is an Australian American singer, actress, and activist. She is often referred to as the "Queen of 70s Pop". In the 1970s, she enjoyed international success, especially in the United States, where she placed fifteen singles in the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100. Six made the Top 10 and three reached No. 1, including her signature hit "I Am Woman."[1] She placed 25 songs on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart. Carole King (born February 9, 1942) is an American singer and songwriter.[2] Her career began in the 1960s when King, along with her former husband Gerry Goffin, wrote more than two dozen chart hits for numerous artists, many of which have become standards, and she has continued writing for other artists since then. She had her first number 1 hit as a songwriter in 1960 at age 18, with "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow", which she wrote with Goffin. Cathryn Antoinette "Toni" Tennille (born May 8, 1940) is an American singer-songwriter and keyboardist, best known as one-half of the 1970s duo Captain & Tennille with her husband Daryl Dragon. Tennille has also done musical work independently of her husband, including solo albums and session work. Tennille has a contralto vocal range.

Maria Muldaur (born September 12, 1943) is an American folk-blues singer who was part of the American folk music revival in the early 1960s. She recorded the 1974 hit song "Midnight at the Oasis," and continues to record albums in the folk traditions.

Kim Carnes (born July 20, 1945) is an American singer-songwriter.[1] She is a two-time Grammy Award winner noted for her distinctive raspy vocal style, which has drawn comparisons to Rod Stewart.[2][3] She had her first solo top-ten hit with a cover version of "More Love" in 1980 and later achieved international success with her album Mistaken Identity which reached #1 in the USA in 1981, and yielded the international hit "Bette Davis Eyes".
