Great music and a superb recording!
Condition: I listened to both sides and they both sound Excellent, with no audible flaws except for 3 clicks during the five last seconds of play on the Dearest One side. Visually, the record is also NM--very shiny, clean surfaces with no scratches or scuff marks.
The labels are Excellent but have Disc Jockey stamps on both sides. There is also a stamp "Gratefully, Gil Bogos"--Gil Bogos was a well known Disc Jockey in Las Vegas and, later, a Music Industry Executive in Los Angeles. Based on that stamp, I presume that this record comes from his personal collection.
The sleeve is a generic, Archival Quality sleeve.
