Description

"Large As Life and Twice As Natural" LP Davy/Davey Graham 1969

Up for auction is a copy of Davy Graham's spectacular 1969 LP "Large As Life and
Twice as Natural".  From the eclectic highs of the opening track, a rendition of Joni
Mitchells' "Both Sides Now", to the masterful and intricate fingering of "Tristano",
to the ethereal beauty of "Blue Raga", this is certainly one of the finest albums of
his career.  Backed on several tracks by bassist Danny Thompson of Pentangle fame and
the exquisite Jazz flute accompaniment of Harold McNair on "Bad Boy Blues", this is a
must have for all fans of 60's psych folk rock.

This is a MONO edition of the album (Decca red label LK 4969).

The cover is in excellent condition with little wear and just some minor creases.
The back cover (unlaminated paper) shows little yellowing or other signs of age, the
only blemish being a name written in the top corner.

The first side of the album is in Very Good condition with crackling in some quiet
spots but otherwise very listenable.  The second side I would rate in Excellent
condition having much less noise.  There are no skips anywhere on the album.
