Near mint (still in shrink-wrap) 1970s original Larry Saunders sweet soul LP “Stranger” (Soul International SLP 100). I realize rare is an overworked word on eBay but sometime it fits and this is one of those times.

This album by “The Prophet Of Soul” on the small obscure Soul International label has been described by some as “the lost soul treasure” LP and a “must for rare soul record collectors”.

The tracklist (all written by August Moon) is: Fly Away Love Bird/Three Strikes On Me/All My Friends Call Me A Fool/This Is My Prayer/Stranger/Story Of My Love/Darling I Love You/Love, I Haven’t Found You Yet/This World (Is A Ball Of Confusion)/You Beat Me Baby.

The glossy LP looks and plays near mint. The near mint, still in shrink-wrap cover has no splits, tears or cutouts.

This album typically sells in the $200 range the few times it has been available but I am putting a very reasonable minimum bid of $24.99 and NO reserve. This belongs in a first-class soul collection.
