I am selling part of my vinyl record collection that I have accumulated over the past 45 years and a very large collection that I recently acquired. 

The grading system I am using is a modified version of the one used by Goldmine. 

I will try and describe to the best of my ability.

I will also play each record to make sure they are up to standard.

If you find that I have grossly misjudged the condition, I will be glad to accept a return.

Purchase Conditions

Since the majority of the items listed are antique or vintage, all items should be considered "used" and therefore, Item bought AS IS.  We try to describe item in great detail, including any flaws if present.  It is up to you as Buyer to read the description and e-mail any questions before bidding.

Payment Details

Payment via PAYPAL only and is due within 4 days of auction close……if this is an issue, please contact us ASAP to make other arrangements……Unpaid Item case opened after 4 days of non payment

Shipping Details

Some items may vary in size and weight, thus a higher fee for USPS shipping due to weight and box size.  We package all items well and include delivery confirmation [tracking]. 

Included is a handling fee that applies to shipping cost for packing materials, post office delivery, etc.  Once payment is received, we try to ship within in 4 days pending post office hours unless otherwise notified [typically we ship on Monday and Thursday].

We only ship to confirmed PAYPAL Address

International Shipping:  e-mail BEFORE bidding to get shipping amount !!

We discount shipping when multiple items are bought…..usually it is the highest shipping fee plus a small additional charge, depending on the combined items weight, box size required, etc.

Return Policy

All refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.   Only the actual cost of the item will be refunded / buyer pays all shipping costs.   Since all items are bought ‘AS IS’, a return is accepted only if the item is not as described in the listing.   If buyer is not satisfied with item, it may be returned in original condition and packaging only!!
