Original Columbia Ranchera 45 by Las Jilguerillas con Los Donnenos  "No Te Equivoques"/"Mi Recuerdo."  Vinyl has some superficial markings visually strong VG to VG+.  I have ripped both sides you can playgrade yourself here:
