Original U.S 1969 press on the Columbia 360 degree 2 eye label.
Cover still in original shrink with track list sticker and original shop sticker.
Includes the rare fold out lyric booklet.
Also includes a 10” x 10” photocopy image of the original intended front cover which was quickly withdrawn.
The catalogue number is KCS9737 matrix numbers.
The disc is EX, very minor superficial surface masrks.
The cover is EX, it is a nice looking cover with just very light agewear under the shrink. The shrinkwrap has split and has some parts missing [see pics].
