Description
This is the legendary Laurel Aitken’s ‘Skinhead Train’, a classic Ska track aimed square on at the belt ‘n’ braces crew; released in 69’ on New Beat Records.
The B side is ‘Kent People’ by the Gruvy Beats (aka The Cimarons led by ‘Winston Groovy’ aka Laurel Aitken).
This 45 is a cracking example of the famous ska sound in solid EX condition, with a couple of minor scratches not affecting playback.
We recently acquired this from a large jukebox collection; from which we’ll be adding more in the near future.
Keep your eyes peeled single collectors!
Customers are welcome to collect from our store in Tenterden as we are always keen to meet like-minded individuals, or we can safely package for postage via record-mailer - please request an invoice before making payment if you wish for an alternative postage option (tracked/economy), see below.
This is a classic example of the ‘Ska’ sound, so grab yourself a classic 45 on vinyl!
