Description

Here is a VERY RARE 78rpm record indeed - it's Laurel and Hardy in "The Dance of the Cuckoos".

( I've only ever seen 4 copies of this - including the 2 that my Father and I own.....)

This is my own copy of this superb record and showcases Laurel and Hardy in one of their comedy routines made especially for this record when they were over in London.

Side 2 has the rest of the routine plus their famous signature tune - The Dance of the Cuckoos.

The 78 plays beautifully on my 1960's Fidelity Record Player with NO skips or jumps and good, strong sound - there is a little "crackle" but mostly all 78s of this age have this..... 

Visually, the 78 has a few light marks, but nothing serious.

I recently sold my Father's copy of this 78 for £50 including the postage - my one is in EVEN BETTER condition than that, but I'll start it a tad lower.........please note that this start price of £35 is the LOWEST I will list this at, so please do not ask me to sell it to you lower than this.......
