With A Small Fold Out Style Japanese Linernotes Sheet (Having Fold Spots and Small Light Brown Dot Spots) and A Plain Paper Inner Sleeve (Poor Condition, Having Many Damages).Disc is VG (Having Some Short Scratches on Both Sides), Sleeve is VG (All Spine Parts Have Been Damaged, Looks Aged Condition).
