Description

This Lavern Baker's Blues Ballads vinyl record is a gem for collectors and jazz enthusiasts alike. With an original cover and a black label, this edition boasts a first pressing and is hard to find. The 12" LP has a speed of 33 RPM and was released in 1960 under Atlantic Records. The record is made of high-quality vinyl material and is graded as Very Good Plus (VG+) while the cardboard sleeve is also graded as Very Good Plus (VG+). The inlay is in excellent condition (EX). The release title, "Blues Ballads," hints at the style of music in this jazz album. This United States-made vinyl is perfect for music lovers who want to enjoy a piece of history. To my ears, it sounds like Wendell Marshall on the bass, the others are unidentified. VG+ LP with a few really tiny hair marks, black label mono deep groove 1st pressing LP.
