Yes, it's true!
This copy of Lazy Lester True Blues
is NOT VG+,
it is NOT NEAR MINT,
it is NOT even MINT,
IT IS STILL SEALED, brand new, never opened.
The record has been kept in a removable plastic sleeve, and stored on upright on edge, never laid flat. The only real sign of wear I can find is at the very top edge right above the letters "LP" in the album number the shrink wrap and the album cover underneath has a bit of ding in it. Also the the rear side of the album cover appears which is white, appears to have some minor discoloration on the edges.
I could be wrong and there is no way to prove it but this could be the only sealed copy of this LP left on earth.
I bought it in 1992 from a record collector in Illinois who never opened it, over the years I have many times thought about opening it, and playing it, I could just not bring myself to do it.
I am now offering it for sale to some lucky record collector.
