Cover grade: VG+ with a gold promo stamp on the back and a cut spine edge in the jacket.

Disc grade: EX Beautiful shiny disc. 

 I use conservative "Goldmine" grading standards. I only rate discs NM that I know have not been played by me or anyone else. I have to rate "promos" that have cut corners, saw cuts or gold stamps as VG+ even though the covers are otherwise NM or sealed. I note any additional condition problems in my descriptions.
