Original 1970 Led Zeppelin III 12 inch Vinyl. Made in Great Britain.
Vinyl itself is in excellent condition, cover shows some signs of age.

But now you've got me googling! This matches the deadwax numbers on here http://www.discogs.com/Led-Zeppelin-Led-Zeppelin-III/release/2019920 that is

Side A says Do what thou wilt 2401002 A5
Side B says So mote it be 2401002 B5

It's got the Peter Grant Exec Producer credit on as well as saying Warner Bros Music Ltd.
Going on what that link says, it's about as early a version as you can get.

not to be a bother, but can you tell me the matrix #'s in the deadwax. that would be the etched numbers engraved in the center plastic of the record. i would really appreciate it.
