SOUND Quality wise gets an VERY GOOD ++ verging on EXCELLENT Rating , Plays Great, no jumps, skips, sound is crisp and clear, just a little static on the quiet lead into track 1 side 2, which disappears as the music comes in.
VISUALLY the Vinyl gets an overall VERY GOOD + rating, Still a Glossy sheen to both sides -side 1 unmarked gets an EXCELLENT rating, side 2 VG+, as it has some Very Light Top Surface marks, which play through with No sound indication that they are actually there, (I have tried to show these in the last two photos in good daylight- there are almost at/just before. 12 o’clock and 6 o’clock on the record)
LABELS - Red/Maroon coloured labels No signs of spindle use, Clear Bold Print Great condition for a 54 year old record!
The Cover gets a VERY GOOD + +. Rating Printed In the USA Variant Gatefold Cover Only just the tiniest signs of very light handling/storage around its edges, the faintest hint of slight age related discolouration (that slight off-white colour as opposed to a brilliant white and a light small, part crease on the inner cover near the gatefold centre, see photos ‘Picture Wheel turns freely.
Inner Sleeve, with Original correct numbering of. 42/1070, is plain white with light age related discolouration so gets a GOOD/FAIR Rating
Played/rated on my middle of the road 1980’s Pioneer deck with a good needle, this is how it was meant to be played if you have a more expensive/modern record player/system it will obviously pick up any imperfections from its dated production method
Please study the photos carefully as they form part of the description

———————————MY GRADINGS————————————
————SOUND————-
NEAR MINT (NM) I never use this for a sound rating, as once played for the first time the best it can only ever be is Excellent thereafter- in my opinion
EXCELLENT (EX) Plays with Great sound quality,.. so would be near mint if possible
VERY GOOD + (VG+) Plays great like a record that has obviously been played before, but sparingly- is still clear, crisp no interference
VERY GOOD (VG) Plays very well obviously been played quite a few times before possibly just a very little crackle / static in quieter sections, the intro or run off which does not overpower the song
GOOD (G) Obviously been played many times before not as sharp as a VG -static / crackle during play, which does not overpower the song
FAIR (F) A well played record, possible crackle or pops, possibly very quiet really just to fill a space if a sought after record
POOR- jumps and skips They’ve all normally gone in the bin unless it is a really really rare record you’d be happy to display as an ornament
————VISUALLY————
NEAR MINT (NM) looks like it’s never been played, grooves hardly noticeable, nice glossy sheen no marks, no signs of spindle hole wear
EXCELLENT. Looks Great looks like it has been only occasionally played no marks
VERY GOOD + Looks Great obviously has been played a few times possible top surface Ghost swirls possibly the odd very light ‘top surface’ mark
VERY GOOD Looks Great obviously show signs of having been played/handled, may have a few light top surface ‘Ghost’ marks / swirls or light top surface scuffs or lines/marks which play through with no sound indication that they are actually there
GOOD Looks well played with many top surface marks /swirls
FAIR lots of top surface marks possibly scratches as well, just for a space filler
