Description
Often read about BUT rarely seen double LP by the Zep. This is the rare German gatefold double LP from 1974 on WEA ATLANTIC (ATL 80 005) combining the first 2 LPs by Led Zep (Led Zepellin I / 1 and II / 2) under the name of 2 (Two) Originals.
I guess if you are reading this, you know how rare this item is.
Condition: I try to grade it very conservative. The sleeve is a little tatty, worn and torn, no major deffects, the usual amount of ringwear for a sleeve that has been stored for 30 years. A strong excellent. The records have a few scratches, notably Side 1 has a very clear scratch on "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You" but is not very present when listening. Also it seems to wobble a little on my record player (no audible effect). Other than that no major visible deffects. Side 3 and 4 look excellent but sound as if being played a lot, crackles and noises are very present. All in all I only grade the records as being Good (Record Collector mag grading), though I think other ebayers would give this an VG or Excellent... Again, I try to be very conservative in grading this, not to disappoint any potentila buyer!.
