Led Zeppelin - Bundle 1 - Led Zeppelin I to Houses of The Holy - Why split them this way? Nothing arty I am afraid, just based around the 2kg postage limit. Led Zeppelin were going to be my favourite band and indeed were for a while until I discovered Jethro Tull. Bad Company were briefly pretenders as well. Led Zeppelin seemed so unobtainable - on a pedestal and making great album after great album. I remember Robert Plant saying 'It's not so much that we're the best band in the world , it's just that we are so much better than anybody else. That was around the time of the Earls Court gigs. Only thing was I had no idea who he was or what they were. I was still listening to the Stylistics at that point. My cousin gave me Zeppelin III when he finished University in 1976 (hence the earlier label than the others). Then followed II, Presence, IV, Houses and The Song Remains the same. The collection was completed via birthday presents with I and Graffiti. Sad to see them go but I can't play them and there's no point in moving house with them all again. Zep III remains my favourite by a nose from Physical Graffiti but why oh why did they put Hats off to Roy Harper on there.
