Description
LED ZEPPELIN - D'YER MAK'ER'/'OVER THE HILLS AND FAR AWAY'
Despite being issued as single in many countries around the world in 1973, this 45 containing two tracks from their 'Houses of the Holy' LP remained UNRELEASED in the UK, appearing only in the form of this extremely limited promo 45.
It is on the orange, green & white Atlantic label with the catalogue number: K 10296
Matrix numbers: K 10926 A1 & K 10926 B2
'PORKY & PECKO' (cutting engineer George Peckham) is hand-etched into each respective run-out.
Housed in its original orange & white Atlantic company sleeve.

A clean & vibrant set with just two faint spindle trials around the 'B' side centre hole and two tiny specks of missing paper on the 'A' side, but no writing or stickers anywhere.
Visual: VERY GOOD
Both playing surfaces are clean with the 'A' side being free from any noticeable marks or wear in strong daylight. There are two pin-head sized marks on the 'B' side together with some light storage marks & hairlines directly beneath halogen light desk lamp.
Sound Quality: 1. EXCELLENT 2. VERY GOOD
This copy has been rarely played and both tracks play without any groove/playwear. Some background crackle together with a handful of clicks are audible on 'Over The Hills and Far Away', but there are no jumps, repeats or any major faults anywhere.
