Description
Led Zeppelin - Houses Of The Holy
(Atlantic K50014 UK LP 1973)
This is a UK original LP pressing. It has a heavyweight matt gatefold sleeve. It comes with its original lyric inner sleeve. This is printed on textured card. The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has 1st press A-2/ B-2 matrix stampers. "STERLING" is also machine stamped in the dead wax on both sides. The "Atlantic" labels have no "Warner" logo on them.
Gatefold Sleeve: There is some mild fading to the spine. There is some light, mild or very mild rubbing wear to the bottom edge, rear sleeve opening edge & the corner tips. There is some light or very mild ringwear on the rear sleeve. VG+ condition
Vinyl: There are some light, mild & more moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There is some light, mild or very mild pressing marks that go around the grooves slightly on some areas. on Side 1. There are a couple of oher very light hairline marks too. Good++ condition. The labels are in near excellent condition & show mild spindle wear only. The Lyric Inner Sleeve is in VG+ condition. There is some light mild or very mild ringwear & fading. There are no seam splits. I shall place the vinyl in a separate plain paper inner sleeve to protect the lyric inner sleeve during transit.
I have fully play tested this LP. It plays VG+ overall & Near Excellent in some places. There is some light or very mild crackle in some quieter places. There are some light intermittent clicks on "The Rain Song" on Side 1. These do not last too long.
