OVERALL SUPERB ORIGINAL Rare 1st pressing with the earliest A2B2 matrix numbers and "Sterling RL".
The vinyl looks superb, still retains its original glossy sheen from new, with only a couple of very light surface marks, looks Near Mint.
The Sound Reproduction
The record plays superbly with excellent sound clarity and with no jumps or clicks, only the occasional stactic noise. There is the slightest evidence of low level static and crackle on the very quiet intro to No Quarter. Other than that it plays with near mint audio.
I have played the record all the way through, and the sound reproduction is excellent with superb sound separation throughout and vibrancy only heard like this on the earliest pressings. I would grade the overall audio at least Excellent Plus.
The original MacNeill Press Ltd"Matte" Gatefold Cover is in near excellent condition. This is the Original 1973 UK 1st Press unlaminated "Matte" gatefold sleeve complete with original lyric inner, with no splits and stain-free, and only the lightest edge wear on the body of the cover and the spine.
This the original lyric inner sleeve is in excellent condition with no splits and virtually stain-free except for lightest amount of handling.
The record is stored in a mobile fidelity record sleeve for added protection.
