This is an excellent condition LP by Led Zeppelin called Houses of the Holy, first press released in the UK by Atlantic in 1973.   This is an amazingly rare album which doesn't come up very often.  I will do my best to be as detailed as possible. 
Vinyl:  Exceptionally clean and shiny with a few small, faint hairline marks.  The record was inspected under 100 watt room light.  Pressed in heavier weight vinyl than later pressings Labels:  Atlantic - deeper colour than normal.  A few faint spindle marks on each side.  Matrix: K50014 A2 & B2 Run Out Groove printing:  Stirling K1 & Sterling RL
Inner Textured Sleeve: (Excellent+)  The sleeve has only the very slightest corner wear and extremely small spots of surface rub which I wouldn't even notice except that I am being ultra-critical.  No obvious age discolouration could be seen under 100 watt room light.
The outer sleeve:  (Excellent+)  The outer sleeve is an absolutely beautiful matte finish gatefold.  There are no marks on the surfaces, including the inside of the gatefold.  There is only the very slightest of rub wear on the outer edges.   The spine is strong and unmarked.  Each of the corners has very light rub wear with the bottom right corner having just a little bit more than the rest.  There are no creases anywhere on the sleeve.  (even on the spine).   There is a very small spot of old sticker residue on the top right corner.   
OBI:  (Excellent) The obi is intact with no rips, splits or repairs of any kind.  Obviously, it shows creases, soiling and wear to the top and bottom edges and light, all over rub marks to the surfaces as you would expect.   I don't think you will find a nicer example on ebay any time soon. 
GENERALLY:  There are no pen marks / writing on any of the surfaces.  Light rub wear to surfaces where one would expect to see it.   No creases, splits, rips, tears or repairs.   A fantastic item!

SELLER RATINGS:   Please realize dispatch time is NOT the same as delivery time.  I cannot control the post office.  You are meant to rate MY dispatch time... meaning the time from your payment to my posting.  Due to some buyers not understanding this, I am likely going to lose my Top Seller status which means my items will be harder for you to find and might cost you more to buy.    

POSTAGE COSTS/TIME:   Ebay is not my primary employment and therefore I cannot get to the post office every day.  I will post within 5 business days of cleared payment.  Please make sure you are happy to wait at least 6 days (UK) for your item before bidding.  If not,  please don't bid.  I do not post on weekends or holidays. 

I use heavy mailers with stiffeners and plastic sleeves which are included in the postage.  

All items will have Proof of Postage.  Anything over £35 will be sent recorded delivery.  Please wait for revised invoice!  I don't mind sending regular 1st class with proof of postage if you want, however, this is at your own risk and I will not refund you if the item is lost.    However,  if something is lost, proof of postage will be provided and claims will be filed with the post office.  You will not be left hanging!   

UK POSTAGE:  Due to a substantial increase in UK postage costs, we can no longer afford to give free postage.  Therefore, instead of raising our LP starting prices for everyone, we will charge £2.00 to UK LP buyers to help offset our higher costs.   There will be no price increase for multiple purchases.  IE: 3-4 items per mailer, each mailer costs £2.00.  double albums and 180/200gram LPs count as 2 items.  Make sense?  7" records and CDs are still free postage

COMBINED POSTAGE:  EU: £0.75 per additional item.  Double or 180/200 gram records count as two items.  More than 8 items will qualify for additional discounts.

INTERNATIONAL:  £1.25 per additional item.  Double or 180/200 gram records count as two items.  More than 8 items will qualify for additional discounts.

AMERICAN BUYERS:  Stuff is taking up to 4-6 weeks to get to you. Please keep that in mind.

RETURNS:  Quite simple:  For any reason you aren't happy, send it back to me.  If I messed up - full refund including return postage.   If I didn't mess up - refund of purchase less postage.  Email me with anything,  I'm flexible so just give me a chance to work things out.   

ITEM CONDITION:  All items are used unless otherwise stated.  I do my best to describe everything as accurately as possible but I'm human and do get it wrong sometimes.  I will happily accept returns with full refund + postage when the item is received in the condition it was sent.  I am using the Record Collector grading guide and only visually grade.  I note general condition and will specifically describe any additional flaws not in keeping with the grading.  IE:  A generally excellent+ record with only one or two small, faint hairline marks will be graded excellent+ and the mark will be noted.  Any records I'm not sure about, I will listen to and note in the description. 

After reading all this, if I make a mistake, I would appreciate not receiving bad ratings for item description as I am an honest, independent seller and am trying my best.  Please contact me with questions before bidding and I will provide extra photos of sleeve, spine and record condition upon request.
