Description

Led Zeppelin Houses of the Holy LP bought 1973, VG+ vinyl and cover. Sounds great, but I hesitate to grade excellent because this record has been spun quite a few times in past 48 years.  Also, the glue holding the inner sleeve together has pooped out (see pix) though sleeve itself is not torn. Nevertheless, the sound is amazing, with very little extraneous noise and nothing that would distract from its enjoyment. That is, if you like this kind of thing. I was of an impressionable age when this record was released, the first new LZ album after I was exposed to the band, and I lapped it up.  I distinctly remember at the time hearing a popular radio DJ remark that some fans thought this was LZ's 5th best album (with I-IV ranked is ascending order,) while others thought it their best (with IV- I ranked in descending order.)  Sometimes it's hard to believe, but in their day, there were a lot of rock fans (all older than me, it seemed) that Could. Not. Fucking. Stand. Led Zeppelin.  Too bad for them.
Will ship via USPS Media Mail to lower 48 only.
