Description

Here’s a GREAT Led Zeppelin LP that you just don’t run across as complete as this one is! Actually, there’s no argument that EVERY Led Zeppelin LP was, in fact, GREAT! But the LP in this auction is one of the best copies you can get. Only a Still Sealed copy WITH the banner and sticker would surpass it. The LP in this auction is “HOUSES OF THE HOLY”. It is Atlantic Records SD 7255 released in 1973, and it is in FABULOUS NEAR MINT CONDITION! The VINYL is NEAR MINT with just a couple of light scuffs and the lyric inner cardboard sleeve is also Near Mint. The COVER is graded NEAR MINT and still in the shrink wrap. There is a tear in the shrink wrap at top left, but no shrink wrap is missing. But the BEST PART is that this LP comes with the STICKER affixed to the shrink that has the LP title and the cuts on the LP AND the ORIGINAL BANNER STRIP that was placed around the cover between the cover and the shrink wrap. You simply do NOT find this LP as complete as this one is! This LP has 8 GREAT cuts: “The Song Remains The Same”, “The Rain Song”, “Over The Hills and Far Away”, “The Crunge”,  “Dancing Days”, “D’yer Mak’er”, “No Quarter”, and “The Ocean”. How can you pass up this wonderful NEAR MINT LP from Led Zeppelin, one of the planet’s super groups? FYI: I use Goldmine Grading Standards (G for Good, VG for Very Good, VG+ for Very Good Plus, NM for Near Mint, M for Mint) to VISUALLY grade the LPs and 45s I auction, so please know the descriptions of these grades before bidding.
