Description
Led Zeppelin I. UK 1st Pressing A1/B1 Vinyl LP. Atlantic Plum/Orange labels. Produced by Jimmy Page.
Matrices and runout markings are:
Side1: 588171 A//1 1 2 2 5
Side2: 588171 B//1 1 2 ?
On both sides the 2nd of the machine stamped 8s crossed through and replaced by a hand etched 8.
The Vinyl was made in Great Britain by Polydor Records Limited under licence from Atlantic Recording Corp of USA. It shows so.e surface/storage marks and hairlines. On side2 there is ' Terry mail' in biro written on the centre label. Catalogue number 588171.
The original laminated sleeve has the silver stripe on the bottom of the front cover Also the orange Atlantic logo and led zeppelin. It has minor ring wear and few creases. On the rear the laminate is beginning to lift along the spine. Shows a little age related discolouration.
