Description

ATLANTIC RED/PLUM 588 198 STEREO, VERY EARLY 1ST PRESS, with "Lemon Song" on the LABEL. True 1st presses will have this song titled "Lemon song" as a claim of plagiarism was placed and in the later presses they had to change the song to 'Killing Floor' and credited to Chester Burnett (aka Howling wolf)

The 1st early presses also feature "compyright control" on the label, whereas on the later labels it states "Warner Bros & Jewel music.

This is a super rare record.
UNLAMINATED GATEFOLD COVER WITH ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE, PORKY PECKO DUCK

Country: UK Year: 1969

 A//5 - Matrixes
 B 2

The condition of the album follows the record collectors guidebook standards of 2014 Vinyl: Side A - G-VG
Side B - VG

The album has been listened to and check by myself and plays very well.
There is no background noise, clicks or pops apart from the last 50 seconds of "Thank You" on side one due to a scratch (see photos) where the track clicks when the needle hits the scratch but most of the song has played up to this point and it's just the instrumental fade out.
There are a few faint hairline surface scratches on side A and B that do not affect the play.
Cover: G Front of the cover in good condition and the back has a few marks. The edges have minor wear and the spine is just about readable. Please have a look at photos and click on them to enlarge to have a clear view of the condition of the LP.

Please contact me if you're have any problems before leaving feedback and I am a trusted seller and will do the best I can to resolve any problems.
