Up for bid is a very nice copy of the Led Zeppelin II album that was mastered by Robert Ludwig. Everything you heard about this pressing is true--it really does kick out the jams.
The LP is in VG+ condition with great gloss. There are light marks, but nothing I could feel with a fingernail. I'm playing this on my Rega right now. There's a bit of noise right at the intro--nothing real loud--but after that, it's really quite quiet and quite rockin. I'd say it plays better than it looks, and it looks pretty darn good. The labels are in very nice shape.
The jacket is in EX condition with a bit of spotting and some wear to the corners and edges.
The LP has been cleaned on a VPI with Audio Intelligent products and placed in a Mobile Fidelity inner sleeve. The lp came to me in a plain white paper inner sleeve that's been discarded. The jacket has been placed in a protective outer sleeve.
