Sensational sound quality, NO skips or jumps. NO clicks, this is really a stunning vinyl with a beautiful deep gloss.
Vinyl: EX++!!! Many sellers would grade this NM, and it is pretty close to that!! And this also SOUNDS EX++ AT THE VERY LEAST!!!! A few plays at the very most!! One of the greatest stereo recordings ever done!!! Sensational vinyl with only two or three of the slightest of wispy hairlines, not visible at very first sight but under an angled halogen lightsource, I am listening to this album for a second time whilst completing this listing. Some real magic going on on this recording!! The CD version does not even come close to this!!! There was some little static on first play, but on second play this seems to have disappeared completely!! Overall this sounds astonishing, as if you were at their concert.
I have played this in FULL> twice over!! The replay is ASTOUNDING!!! There are not any jumps or skips. There is hardly any background noise at all!! Just a little bit on the start of each side. Very remarkable for this 1970 vinyl!!! Listening to "Gallows Pole" now, ...... astounding sound!!! I am playing this on my Technics turntable with a Linn cartridge and through my very revealing B&W three way speakers with there famed Nautilus tweeters unveiling any faults!!! This is faultless audio!!!
Sleeve: EX++Laminated Gatefold .The edges are neat and straight without any rubbing. Fully working spinning wheel!! Only one small crease near the top opening. Beautiful spine, fully 100% legible. NO writing, NO tears.The inside gatefold is EX+. This is "as good as it gets".

Wow!!! Still listening and thinking .... whoever is going to win this is going to be very happy to hear this third and in ZEP album!!!! The AUDIO is SOOOOOOOOOO stunning!!!! Listening to "Immigrant Song" now. INSANE!!! NO CD or whatever format could ever reach this height!!! An audiophile's DREAM come true!!!!
This is a unique investment opportunity, these earliest original Zep albums are soooooooo hard to get hold of nowadays, even in the U.K. Most of these are now tucked away in collections all over the world.
