Rare UK 1970 Early Press on the Atlantic Plum and Red Label, 2401 002. A5/B5 Matrices & "Do What Thou Wilt" "So Mote It Be" Etchings
Visually under very bright light the vinyl has loads of light scuffs a couple of small scratches and loads of play marks (Visually Fair+/Good-). The record has been cleaned on my Okki Nokki machine and plays bright, bold, loud and clear - a very enjoyable audio experience. There is some background surface noise in places (worst between tracks and in the quietest passages). Some occasional ticks and clicks here and there, a few passages of repeating light ticks. There is some crackle and passages of repeating clicks to the first 2 tracks of side 2. NO loud distracting surface noise/ skips/ sticks etc. A very enjoyable audio experience, with no major audio flaws. Audio Overall Side 1: VG+/EX- Side 2: VG
The labels are clean, numerous spindle marks VG
The laminated gatefold sleeve has working wheel. There is a crease knock to the top left corner, some general wear and discolouration, a fairly decent copy. Please see all photos. VG
