         Yesterday I opened a thirty count LP box and I was amazed at what I found there.  Sure I had the pleasure of making vinyl collectors very happy over the years, but this box contents just blew me away.  Lots of sought after collectibles, but also obscure gems.  Please check in often over the next thirty days as I’m sure you will find something you have been searching for.  For a no reserve auction, we have for the collector of all things Led Zeppelin and I don’t think it gets much better then this. From 1971 we have for auction a played, well cared for, rare white labeled promotional copy of their Atlantic Records 1971 untitled release, catalog # 7208.  The untitled fourth studio album is commonly referred to as Led Zeppelin IV.  Produced by guitarist Jimmy Page, it was recorded between December 1970 and March 1971 at several locations most prominently the Victorian house Headley Grange.  Page decided their fourth album would officially be untitled. This, along with the inner sleeve's design featuring four symbols that represented each band member, led to the album being referred to variously as , Four Symbols, The Fourth Album, Untitled, Runes, The Hermit, and ZoSo.  In addition to lacking a title, the original cover featured no band name, as the group wished to be anonymous and to avoid easy pigeonholing by the press.  Vinyl on this disc has retained a nice gloss and has many very interesting notations in the run off with all sorts of markings and engravings including the words “PORKY” & “Perco Duck”.  Perfect “Not For Sale” white labels of promotion and retains it unique gray craft paper inner sleeve.  Gate fold jacket has survived in very nice condition with good color, corners and no cut through.  Jacket also has the two factory installed stickers.  Make no mistake my words here are insignificant, but the words that were recorded for this recording will live for eternity.  I vaguely recall there was also a lyric sheet included, but I have not been able to find it.  Titles can be viewed in photo one.  Photos should answer all your questions about this item, but if you need more information please make use of the “Ask The Seller A Question” option.  We welcome your comments and suggestions on how we might improve the content of our listings.  We also would appreciate corrections, if it appears our facts are wrong or misleading.  If you have questions about the seller, please review our feedback.  Postage in the Continental United States will be exactly what the USPS requires.  We charge an additional $ 2.00 to cover the cost of a new mailer, pads and USPS Delivery Confirmation.
