Description

An original 1st issue of ITTOD on the UK Swan label - "Variant A". Matrix A5/B7. Etching 'strawberry'. Label design is perfectly consistent with 1st issue. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original heavy card Variant A cover with an original 'made in england' original inner sleeve. Also included is the original serrated edge brown paper bag. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In fantastic condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks - nothing heavy or troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level off playback with one slight deviation. Intros and inbetweens are practically silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Interference is almost totally absent. All we could detect were a few ticks at the start of the intro on Side 1 - during the mystical rumble. They're light and they're over very quickly, before the main audio/vocal starts.....the best way! Other than that we are talking about a superb rendition and one that would be hard to better.
Cover (Ex+) In lovely condition and very close to looking brand new. Lovely clean surfaces back and front - literally almost no signs of wear at all. Almost no edge wear at all - one 2mm mark on the top edge - that's it across all four edges. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains tremendous rigidity, in part, thanks to its heavy card construction.
Inner (Ex/Ex+) Practically faultless with splits or ageing. One small mark in the top section of one side.
Paperbag (Ex-) Very nice condition particularly considering their relative flimsy nature. One 1c.m. edge split at the top/side opening edge. Only very minor wear.
