Beautiful original MFSL copy of Led Zeppelin "Led Zeppelin II" from 1982. I'm the original owner of this beauty. It has been on my turntable twice, played on a Technics SL 1600 MK II turntable with a Shure M97 HE cartridge, once to check out a few songs, LOUD, when I first opened it. the second time during a party we had back in the mid-eighties which explains the very faint, hard to see spindle mark on side one. ( Hard to find the spindle after three or four beers!) But this record has been out of the sleeve only three times, the third time to photograph it for this auction. It has been stored upright in my private record collection since it was brand new, in the temperature controlled, non-smoking homes my wife and I have owned over the years. Specially plated and pressed on High Definition Super Vinyl by Victor Company of Japan, LTD. Vinyl so pure you can hold it up to the light and see through it. That is a pretty cool thing about these Mobile fidelity pressings from the 80's. The other is the Awesome Sound! This album sounds fantastic. The half-speed mastering brings out definition you just don't get in commercial pressings. I have it in a new poly sleeve.The original inserts are here in great shape. This is in near new condition, and there is only very slight wear on one corner of the sleeve. The record is perfect, and looks unplayed.
