For your consideration:  a previously-owned and used, box set of 10 LPs:  LED ZEPPLIN's "Strange Tales From The Road".  A unique compilation set of Led Zeppelin & related rare recordings, in two(2), 5-LP black cartons.  Our LPs have been pressed in orange, red, green, and clear vinyl.

Our Box Set packaging shows some wear & tear -- scratches, nicks, scuffs, rips, and dents.  The LPs have not been graded or tested.                  

Payment

You can pay with your credit card through PayPal.

All Ohio state residents or purchasers utilizing our local pickup option will be charged sales tax in the amount of 8% at the time of checkout unless a valid exemption certificate is on file.

Payment must be received within 2 days of the close of auction. If payment has not been received within 2 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping

We only shipped to confirmed addresses in Pay Pal.  Please do not ask us to ship to other addresses.

Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday/US Holidays)

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in each listing. The shipper we utilize is of our choice unless arranged in advance of bid or purchase.

We do offer combined shipping for multiple items. Please request combined shipping before you pay by sending a message with your zip code for a quote. The size and weight of items dictates whether combined shipping is possible. 

If for some unexpected reason we are out stock of the item, we will refund your money within 24 hours of discovery.

Item damaged in shipping will result in a damaged claim through the shipping company. The shipping company will pick up and inspect all items with  packing materials. Refunds will be issued once claim process is completed. 

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Please DO NOT ask us to change values on customs labels or send as a gift. 

LOCAL PICK-UP:  We offer local pick-up at our retail storefront in Westlake, Ohio (western suburb of Cleveland). We charge Ohio sales tax on all "local pick-up" items.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it for a refund.  We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us before placing your bid.  If you have any questions in regards to our terms we ask that you email us with your questions before bidding. We strive to make your ebay experience with eProsellers a positive one.

You have seven days from receipt to notify us that you are returning your item to us and 14 days for it to arrive back in our facility. If you wish to utilize our return policy, insurance is mandatory in both directions paid at the expense of the purchaser.  We track serial #'s of our items and tracking #'s of our shipments to protect ourselves and customers. 

All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. If items are missing, we retain the right to deduct the cost of those items from the refund.By bidding on this auction, bidders accept these terms and conditions. 

Shipping Damage: The Seller (eProsellers) will file claims for damaged caused by the shipping agent. Shipping agents will pick-up the item, along with all packing materials, for inspection at their facility. Buyers must agree to this process for a claim to be filed, so that a refund can be presented to the buyer. In certain circumstances the claim process can take up to 3-4 weeks.

Refunds generally are issued once the claim process is complete. In certain cases, eProsellers may provide buyer with a refund once the item has been picked up by the shipper.
