Description
On offer here is a copy of Led Zeppelin One, pressed on 180 Gram virgin vinyl and released by Classic Records of the USA in 2000.
Classic Records released two versions of this album, this one is the first pressing released in 2000 on 180 gram vinyl, and there was a second press in 2005 on 200 gram vinyl, this is the much rarer original version.
This can be confirmed by looking at the ring around the spindle hole, which touches the “O” in Stereo, the 200 gram version has a much wider circumference.
I ordered this album from my then local record dealer and it was imported from the USA. I played it once on my high end system before storing it in a polythene sleeve ever since, it is therefore as close to Mint and Unplayed as possible.
Classic Records released exact represses of some Classic Rock titles on heavyweight vinyl of varying heaviness but are now long out of print and are now very rare and collectible, this is a chance to get this great album in as new condition.
The record will be sent out of its cover in a polythene sleeve sandwiched between two 12”stiffeners in a heavy duty record mailer made by Covers 33, as used by Mail Order Record companies.
