CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/F/G+. Vinyls are both clean with nice sheen. Tilted to light both show a couple of thin light light hairlines. Played passages of both sides of both discs tonight on my budget deck. Both sit perfectly flat on the turntable. Plays EX generally. Music is clear, clean and loud with just an occasional tick. Skips 3 x on intro to track one, side 1, disc 2 hence low grade. Cover is in okay condition. It retains decent box shape with moderate edge wear, heavy corner wear (has a split and a small piece missing from top corners) and light creasing, Has a piece missing from one widow panel to rear. Printed inners are both in decent VG condition with only light wear and obviously no splits. Fold-over gate fold insert has biro writing rating some tracks. Really clean labels , has a thin area of print tear to side 2, disc 1- check out the photos.
PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER LED ZEPPELIN/PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades.
